The Work

 

Developed a mobile first website experience, optimized SEO, strategically adjusted CTAs to convert and qualify potential leads, instituted email marketing to generate more traffic to the website, and developed a robust Google Ads campaign to drive search traffic.

 

The Results

 

In one year, website views increased from 170K to over 1 million and went from an average of 200 to 3,000+ leads per month with a $150,000 annual budget.

The website was built from scratch back in 2019; within one year we reached 180K website visits with a very small paid ads budget of $500/month.

The Work

 

We managed an outside agency for this $500K project that included web designers, developers, SEO experts, content experts, graphic designers, IT professionals, and various subject matter experts, including selected C-Suite executives at Providence St. Joseph Health.

The Results

 

At the end of this one-year project we successfully launched one website that encompassed 9 regional sites and included: tele-health, a patient portal access, a nurse advice line, medical provider and urgent care finder, provider reviews, bill payment, and eVisits.

The Work

​

Created an advisory team of internal subject matter experts (doctors, nurses, patients) to learn what services were offered for the various service lines, what patients were most interested in, and what services they didn't know we had. We combined this information with google analytics to determine what information should be highlighted. Set up a call-center for each individual region (to track conversion), built an SEO optimized landing page and matched the look and feel of our landing pages to that of our banner and social media ads. 

 

The Results

 

The campaign (see below) did so well, that we had to temporarily pull the banner and social media ads down as the clinics were unable to manage the sharp increase in traffic; a direct result of this very successful campaign.
